Rules for using Moppsy's map-based cleaner marketplace. / Regler for Moppsys kartbaserade marknadsplats for stadning.
1. Godkannande
Genom att anvanda Moppsy godkanner du dessa villkor. Om du inte godkanner villkoren ska du inte anvanda webbplatsen, webbappen eller mobilappen.
1. Acceptance
By using Moppsy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, web app, or mobile app.
2. Om Moppsy
Moppsy ar en digital marknadsplats som later kunder hitta och boka sjalvstandiga stadare fran en karta, baserat pa plats, tillganglighet, utrustning, pris, betyg och profilinformation. TipTap LTD tillhandahaller plattformen och ar inte arbetsgivare for stadarna.
2. About Moppsy
Moppsy is a digital marketplace that lets customers find and book independent cleaners from a map, based on location, availability, equipment, price, ratings, and profile information. TipTap LTD provides the platform and is not the employer of cleaners.
3. Konton och behorighet
Du maste vara minst 18 ar, lamna korrekta uppgifter och skydda ditt konto. Stadare kan behova slutföra identitetskontroll, Stripe Connect-onboarding och andra sakerhetskontroller innan de visas som bokningsbara.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and protect your account. Cleaners may need to complete identity verification, Stripe Connect onboarding, and other safety checks before appearing as bookable.
4. Bokningar, priser och betalning
Priser visas i appen eller webbappen innan bokning. Betalningar hanteras av Stripe och kan omfatta kort, Apple Pay, Google Pay eller andra betalmetoder. Moppsy kan ta en plattformsavgift. En bokning skapas normalt nar betalningen eller betalningsauktoriseringen lyckas.
4. Bookings, prices, and payment
Prices are shown in the app or web app before booking. Payments are handled by Stripe and may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment methods. Moppsy may charge a platform fee. A booking is normally created when payment or payment authorization succeeds.
5. Kundens ansvar
Kunden ska ange korrekt adress, omfattning, tilltrade, tid, utrustningsonskemal och risker i hemmet, till exempel husdjur, allergier eller omraden som inte ska betradas. Kunden ska behandla stadaren respektfullt och inte forsoka kringga Moppsys betalningssystem.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate address, scope, access, timing, equipment preferences, and household risks such as pets, allergies, or areas that should not be entered. Customers must treat cleaners respectfully and must not bypass Moppsy payments.
6. Stadarens ansvar
Stadare ansvarar for att halla profil, plats, tillganglighet, utrustning och pris uppdaterade, utfora uppdrag professionellt, folja lagar och skatteregler, ha nodvandiga tillstand eller forsakringar dar det behovs och inte acceptera betalning utanfor plattformen.
6. Cleaner responsibilities
Cleaners are responsible for keeping profile, location, availability, equipment, and price current, performing jobs professionally, following law and tax rules, holding required permits or insurance where needed, and not accepting payment outside the platform.
7. Avbokning, tvister och incidenter
Avbokningsregler och eventuella avgifter visas i tjansten eller supportflodet. Skador, stold, utebliven narvaro eller andra incidenter ska rapporteras utan oskaligt drojsmal, helst inom 48 timmar, med dokumentation som bilder, kvitton, tidslinje och vid brottsmisstanke polisanmalan. Moppsy kan pausa konton under utredning.
7. Cancellations, disputes, and incidents
Cancellation rules and any fees are shown in the service or support flow. Damage, theft, no-shows, or other incidents should be reported without undue delay, preferably within 48 hours, with documentation such as photos, receipts, timeline, and where a crime is suspected a police report. Moppsy may pause accounts during review.
8. Forbjuden anvandning
Du far inte anvanda Moppsy for olagliga, hotfulla, diskriminerande, falska, bedrägliga eller osakra aktiviteter. Du far inte manipulera plats, betyg, utrustningsstatus, betalningar, verifiering eller forsoka skada plattformens drift.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use Moppsy for unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, false, fraudulent, or unsafe activity. You may not manipulate location, ratings, equipment status, payments, verification, or attempt to harm platform operations.
9. Ansvar och tillganglighet
Moppsy tillhandahalls i befintligt skick. Vi forsoker halla tjansten tillganglig men garanterar inte avbrottsfri drift. I den utstrackning lagen tillater ar TipTap LTDs ansvar begransat till beloppet du betalat for den relevanta bokningen. Stadare ar sjalvstandiga uppdragstagare och ansvarar for sitt arbete.
9. Liability and availability
Moppsy is provided as is. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, TipTap LTD liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking. Cleaners are independent contractors and are responsible for their work.
