Your data rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to request complete deletion of your personal data from our systems. This includes your profile, booking history, wallet transactions, ratings, and any files you have uploaded.

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. Your bookings history will be anonymised and retained for tax and legal compliance purposes only, as required by Swedish law.

• Profile data deleted within 30 days
• Payment data purged from our Stripe account
• Chat logs anonymised within 7 days
• Confirmation email sent to your registered address
