Choose how calls come in

Oskar only hears calls that land on your Front Desk line. Pick one option below. Once it is live, turn him on or off in the Moppsy app or on the web.
Port your number
Customers keep dialling the same +46 as today. Takes paperwork and usually a couple of weeks. Best if you want full control of Oskar from the app afterwards.
Forward when you want
Keep your old number. Forward to Front Desk after hours, on busy, or always. You set forwarding at your carrier — not with a button in Moppsy.
Publish a Front Desk number
Fastest way live. New number on Google, the van and invoices. Old callers still reach your old phone until you forward or port.
WhatsApp Business can run on the Front Desk number after setup. It does not replace your private WhatsApp. One firm = one number, so Oskar knows whose receptionist he is.
