How do I book a cleaner with Moppsy?

How much does cleaning cost?
Each cleaner sets their own hourly rate. You see the full price before you book — no hidden fees.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe via card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Moppsy never stores card details.
What is Subscription Clean?
Subscription Clean is recurring cleaning (weekly, every other week, or deep weekly). You pick a plan and address, pay securely with Stripe, and Moppsy schedules the next visit automatically. Pause or cancel anytime from your account or the app API.
Do you offer Airbnb and hotel cleaning?
Yes. Choose Airbnb clean for guest handovers between stays — linen-ready cleans for Airbnb, short-lets and hotels. Same-day cleans are available when a cleaner nearby is free. Hosts can also use our hotels/Airbnb business flow.
How do I find cleaners on the map?
Cleaners appear as individual pins with face and hourly rate — like taxis on a ride map — at every zoom. Tap a pin to open their card, or use the side list to compare. If several share the same building, tap to fan them apart.
Does the RUT tax deduction apply when booking cleaning in Sweden?
Yes! Private individuals in Sweden pay only 50% of the labor cost for home cleaning through the RUT deduction. Moppsy deducts the RUT amount at checkout and files the claim with Skatteverket. If Skatteverket rejects the claim (e.g. if you hit your annual limit), you are legally responsible for the remaining 50%, which will be charged automatically to your saved card via Stripe.
Who employs the cleaners on Moppsy?
Moppsy is a software marketplace platform connecting customers with cleaners — not an employer. In Sweden, cleaners without their own sole proprietorship/F-tax operate as umbrella employees via our partner Cool Company Skandinavien AB, who handles payroll, taxes, employer fees, and insurance during the job. Cleaners with an F-tax certificate bill directly.
